Information that you submit to us through the website is not shared with third parties except (1) as necessary to complete a transaction on your behalf; (2) to protect the integrity of the church website; (3) to protect the safety of church staff, members of our congregation, members of our community, and facilities; (4) as required by law.

Media Use and Opt-Out

GracePoint may take photos/videos during our church services and events. We use these photos for our website, mobile app, social media, advertising and printed materials. If you do not want us to release your likeness in our photos/videos, please notify us at 361.643.2000 or info@gracepointportland.org.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

We love children and want to protect their privacy. While our website is not subject to COPPA, we believe parents/guardians should control the personal information of their children. We will not knowingly collect, use, or distribute information, including photographs, from children under 13 years old without the verifiable consent of a parent/guardian. Children under 13 do not have our permission to submit information via our website.
